HB Reavis
HB Reavis is an international workspace provider that designs, builds and manages places that enhance wellbeing and productivity. HB Reavis is the long-term owner and operator of the Elizabeth House site. As such it is responsible for ensuring that all construction works are undertaken according to a strict programme of conduct, minimising disruption to local residents and businesses as far as possible.
AHMM
Allford Hall Monaghan Morris architects Established in 1989 with offices in London, Bristol and Oklahoma City, AHMM is known for its reinvention of buildings and places. The practice won the Stirling Prize in 2015. Previous projects include the BBC Television Centre, the Barbican, White Collar Factory, New Scotland Yard, as well as key new commercial, residential and education developments in Lambeth, London, around the UK and internationally.
AHMM is the lead architect for the site and appointed by HB Reavis as lead designer in 2017.
Arup
Arup is an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists, working across every aspect of today’s built environment. Learn more at www.arup.com.
Arup was appointed by HB Reavis to provide multi-disciplinary engineering and specialist technical services including geotechnical design, rail engineering and third-party interfaces, contaminated land, façade engineering and security, risk and resilience. In collaboration with Transport for London, Arup are also leading design of new and altered assets, including modifications to ventilation infrastructure at London Waterloo station.
