Elizabeth House is to be developed and managed by Chelsfield and London & Regional Properties. Both are hugely experienced developers who have played a major role in shaping areas of London, and with reputations for successful delivery.

Its most recent high profile project in central London is the development of 55 Baker Street, the former M&S headquarters.
