New Elizabeth House

In April 2012, we submitted our planning application to the LB Lambeth detailing our proposals to transform the Elizabeth House site next to Waterloo Station.

This is the first major development in London by David Chipperfield Architects.

We’re planning to create a dramatic new public space in front of Waterloo station, and to greatly improve access to Waterloo, London’s busiest mainline station.

Altogether, this is a £600m investment into Waterloo, which will create a new business district for London, and act as a catalyst for further development in the area.
